How does pricing work?
One flat rate per active branch. Every feature of the ContinuaOS platform is included — there are no per-seat tiers or add-on charges, and a few features (inbound QR referrals among them) are switched on with us when you set up.
How many users are included?
Each branch includes a set number of users. Users with multiple roles still count as one.
What if we need more users on a branch?
No problem — additional seats are arranged by conversation with ContinuaOS. Book a demo and we'll size it to your team.
How does billing work?
You are billed monthly, per active branch, month to month — there is no long-term commitment and no minimum number of branches. Invoices are issued to your billing contact and are due net 30. Adding a branch, up to your plan's branch limit, adds a branch to the next invoice, and removing one takes it off. Any price we agree below list is applied as a discount on the standard price, so you can always see what the standard price is.
Can we cancel?
Any time, by contacting us. There is no self-serve cancel inside the product — it is a conversation, not a form — and because billing is month to month there is no term to buy out. If something is not working, tell us first; that is usually the faster fix.
